Tecumseh tunes up Talbot
A pre season of winning continued for head coach Jeff Smith and the Tecumseh Eagles of the Under 15 level Bluewater Hockey League tonight.
Tecumseh ran its exhibition record to a perfect 5-0 with a well played 2-0 blanking of its BHL arch rival Talbot Trailblazers.
Owen Whitehead made 24 saves to register the shutout for Tecumseh while Carter Pluss and Seb Lehoux took care of the goal scoring for the Eagles.

The whole game was centered on the Eagles goal net! Owen was outstanding! It was like there were 2 goalies in the net at the same time. He made moves like a well trained and seasoned magician. You just cannot believe that a person can make moves like he frequently made.
The Pluss line stood up and showed up when needed. The other lines were right there as well. They were all flying and checking and never slowing.
Every line stood tall and showed the opposition that no matter what line is on the ice they will be very difficult if not impossible to slow down!
What a great season ahead for these FLYING-EAGLES!
I noticed both Pluss and Lexoux doing the flying eagle after scoring?
Is this the new trend????
