Tecumseh lights up LaSalle
First place Tecumseh Eagles continued their winning ways atop the Under 15 Rep level Bluewater Hockey League tonight with a 7-0 white wash of the visiting LaSalle Sabres.
Seb Lehoux slid home a pair of goals and Carter Pluss, Wesley Smith, Dom Barry, Daniel Thompson and defenseman Ryder Zivanov all tallied once apiece for Tecumseh. The goals by Thompson and Zivanov were both short handed markers.
Goalie Owen Whitehead made 14 saves for his fourth shutout of the season, two of which have come in tournament play.
Coached by Jeff Smith, Tecumseh now has a league record of 12-5-1 among the eight teams of the BHL and is 23-6-3 overall.
