Spitfires pre season calendar
The Spitfires are ready to take to the ice this week beginning with training camp that will be held from August 27 to 29 at the WFCU Centre.
All practices and scrimmages will take place at the WFCU and are open to the public to attend free of charge.
Thursday August 27
GAME: 6:00-7:30pm- Team Red vs. Team Blue
GAME: 7:30-9:00pm- Team White vs. Team Gold
Friday August 28
PRACTICE: 9:00-9:50am- Team White
PRACTICE: 10:00-10:50am- Team Red
PRACTICE: 11:00-11:50am- Team Blue
PRACTICE: 12:00-12:50pm- Team Gold
GAME: 5:00-6:30pm- Team White vs. Team Red
GAME: 6:40-8:10pm- Team Gold vs. Team Blue
Saturday August 29
GAME: 9:00-10:30am- Team Red vs. Team Gold
GAME: 10:40am-12:10pm- Team White vs. Team Blue
GAME: 5:10-6:40pm- Annual Team White vs. Team Blue Game
Dates and times are subject to change. Rosters to be announced at a later date.
Following the completion of training camp, the Spitfires will play four exhibition games aead of the ’26-27 regular season.
Exhibition Schedule
The Spitfires will begin their pre-season at home when they play host to the Soo Greyhounds at 4:05 pm on Sunday, August 30 at the WFCU Centre. On Saturday, September 5th, the Spitfires will travel up north to Sault Ste. Marie for a 4:00 p.m. game.
The next two exhibition matches will take place at local venues in LaSalle and Leamington.
On Friday, September 11, at 7:00 p.m., the Spitfires will face the Flint Firebirds at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre in Leamington,. The following night, Sunday, September 12, the Spitfires will play host to the Firebirds at the Vollmer Complex in LaSalle.
Tickets
Pre-season tickets will be available on Saturday, August 15 at 9:00 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the box office located at the WFCU Centre.
Bring On The London Knights
Windsor’s ’26-27 regular season begins on Friday, September 18 in London. The Spitfires home opener is the following night, Saturday, September 19 at 7:05 p.m. when they will play host to their arch rival Knights of London.
Single game tickets to all Spitfires regular season home games will go on sale on Saturday, August 22 at 9:00 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the box office located at the WFCU Centre.
