Spitfires off to NHL camps
Forwards Michal Svrcek and Caden Harvey and defensemen Andrew Robinson and Conor Walton represent four members of the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League who are headed to National Hockey League rookie camps later this week.
Svrcek is an NHL pick of the Detroit Red Wings from the 2025 draft while Harvey and Robinson were both taken by the Edmonton Oilers at this year’s NHL selection process.
Meanwhile, Walton, who is a Spitfire overage, will join the Vegas Golden Knights at their camp as a free agent invite.
