Cain Hockey Management, an established Sault Ste. Marie based player agency, has expanded to Windsor with the addition of goalie coach Chris Viselli. Cain Hockey Management principal director and player agent Kevin Cain told Hockey News Windsor that Viselli will be in charge of recruiting and working with the firm’s goalie clients.
“I am looking forward to working with Chris, who comes highly recommended,” relayed Cain. “Chris will be a great resource for goalies and their families with his experience. We will leverage our contacts and experience to help promote our goaltending prospects.”
To be sure, Viselli is a young goalie coach who has a lot going on in the Windsor and surrounding area. As part of being busy year round — including the summer months — as a private goalie instructor, Viselli will be heavily involved with three different hockey programs come the ’26-27 season in addition to his new role with Cain Hockey Management.
Not only will be the 24 year old Viselli be returning as the goalie coach for the Amherstburg Admirals of the Provincial Jr. Hockey League, he will have other significant roles.
Viselli will also be the goalie coach under head coach Jeff Pawluk with the Under 18 level Windsor Jr. Spitfires of the Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario.
And the Tecumseh resident has also been officially brought aboard as the goalie development coach for the Tecumseh Minor Hockey Association for the ’26-27 season.
As for his latest gig with Cain Hockey Management, Viselli gave his fresh and ambitious thoughts.
“My goal has always been to give goalies the kind of support, honesty, and development that I would have wanted growing up in the game,” Viselli relayed to Hockey News Windsor. “It is about building confidence, work ethic, and helping athletes become the best version of themselves both on and off the ice as someone who truly has their best interest at heart. No two people or goalies are the same and offering that personalized experience and path for the player is the one thing I truly believe in.”
