Gone are the fifth seed North Middlesex Stars. Up next for the fourth seed Mount Brydges Bulldogs are the West Yeck Division winning Petrolia Flyers as the stage is set for Round Two of the Provincial Jr. Hockey League playoffs.

Mount Brydges ousted North Middlesex in six games in the first round of the Yeck Division playoffs while Petrolia dusted off the eighth seed Lucan Irish with four straight wins.

Noah Cameron sparked Mount Brydges to the opening round triumph over North Middlesex with five goals, eight assists, 13 points in the six games. And Aiden Berry was a standout between the pipes for Mount B with a 4-2-0 record, 2.18 goals against average, .942 save percentage and one shutout.

Mount Brydges put up 55 regular season points compared to 59 for Petrolia so the second round set has the makings of being a sizzler.

The schedule is as follows.

Game 1: Saturday, March 8 at Petrolia, 7:30PM
Game 2: Sunday, March 9 at Mount B, 7:30PM
Game 3: Thursday, March 13 at Petrolia, 7:30PM
