Greg Walters knows how to win. Now in his fifth full season as a head coach in the Ontario Hockey League, the 54-year old Walters is headed towards a fifth straight season with a winning record, this time with the Windsor Spitfires.

With Walters at the helm, the Spitfires are currently second among the 20 teams of the OHL with a rousing record of 29-7-3. This represents a major rebound from last season when the Spitfires missed the OHL playoffs with a record of 18-42-8 under two different head coaches.

Prior to landing in Windsor this season, Walters spent two terms as a head coach with the Oshawa Generals and two more as the bench boss of the Owen Sound Attack.

With Oshawa, Walters led the Generals to successive regular season records of 44-20-4 and 31-20-11. And with Owen Sound, Walters piloted the Attack to successive regular season records of 34-26-8 and 33-28-7.

Walters wins. Wherever he is.
