Spitfires shut out Soo
Joey Costanzo made 20 saves for his third whitewash of the season and the Windsor Spitfires returned from the Ontario Hockey League holiday break tonight with a decisive 4-0 road victory over the Soo Greyhounds.

As a team the Spitfires improved their impressive record to 24-7-3 with the blanking of the Greyhounds, who are now 15-19-0.
Windsor, which held a 40-20 shots on goal advantage, got solo tallies from Cole Davis, Liam Greentree and defensemen Adrian Manzo and Carson Woodall. The goal for the rookie Manzo was his first in the OHL. Davis also added an assist while Ryan Abraham and Ilya Protas had a pair of helpers each.
The Spitfires and Greyhounds will face off again on Sunday afternoon with a 2:07 p.m. start at the GFL Memorial Gardens in Sault Ste. Marie.
