Ex Spitfire joins Chamber
Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce has confirmed the hiring of 39-year old Ryan Donally as its new president and chief executive officer. Donally played in more than 300 games in the Ontario Hockey League as a rugged left winger, 214 of which were with his hometown Windsor Spitfires.
Donally, who is currently employed by the Municipality of Lakeshore, will take up his new position with the Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce in January.
Following his lengthy OHL playing career, Donally spent four seasons at the minor pro level after being a National Hockey League draft pick of the Calgary Flames. He went on to graduate from the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business.
